b) Provide ambulance service for sick, injured animals which are rescued
either for humane destruction or for pet owners who wish to convey to
veterinarians for treatment.
c) Maintain a pound with 30 kennels and a large cattery as a temporary
shelter for unwanted animals and adoptable strays (vaccinated and neutered).
d) Follow up on adoptee i.e. spot checks on animals adopted.
e) Provide veterinary services twice a week for treatment of animals in the

The intake of animals far exceeds the numbers that were adopted and the
limited resources to cover the daily expenditure of the society continue to be
a challenge. However, we have been able to carry out our work over the years
due to the public's donations, limited and constant help of dedicated members
and volunteers who come together to keep the society going.
