Surgery Policy

We see surgical patients by appointment. To schedule a surgical appointment, your pet has to be viewed by our vets.

Pre-Surgical Policy

No food after 6pm and no water after midnight, the day before the surgery. Older pets would require a mandatory pre-anesthetic blood work, for your pet's safety.

Inpatients

Pets that require extensive care would be checked by the vet, prior to admission.

After-Hours Emergency Policy

We are always there when a critical situation arises. Should you have an emergency, one of our on-call doctors is available for you, 24 hours a day. Just dial (04) 2262517 and your call will be answered personally.

Payment Policy

A deposit has to be paid upon admission of your pet. Full payment would be required upon completion of services. We accept cash, cheques, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.
